Challenge
As customer demand for high-speed internet surged, Targo, a Montreal-based ISP, faced the challenge of evolving from a wireless provider into a fiber-based residential service operator. This rapid growth required a scalable, interoperable, and cost-effective network infrastructure capable of supporting new services and higher traffic volumes while maintaining seamless integration with existing systems.
Solution
To meet these objectives, Targo partnered with E.C.I. Networks, who leveraged IP Infusion's OcNOS® software on Edgecore and UfiSpace hardware to design and deploy a disaggregated backbone network supporting BGP routing and VXLAN overlays.
